The Product

This digital wellness ecosystem brought together health-related experiences, activity tracking, user reporting, and connected functionality across multiple product surfaces. Its evolution required balancing business priorities, user engagement, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Challenge & Product Direction

One of the most significant challenges was a roadmap that heavily favored an existing area of product investment while a commercially important user segment remained underserved and showed limited engagement.

I challenged the distribution of priorities and helped drive a major roadmap reorientation toward capabilities intended to improve enrollment and participation within that segment.

This required connecting commercial considerations with product opportunities, reassessing feature priorities, and aligning stakeholders around a different direction.

My Role & Contributions

Working as a Product Owner with broader product and delivery responsibilities, I contributed to roadmap definition, product prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, requirements, and cross-functional execution.

My work connected strategic decisions with the practical delivery of features across the wellness ecosystem.
