ENTERPRISE SAAS & PRODUCT-LED GROWTH
Delivering Under Critical Constraints
Connecting product execution, self-service opportunities, and growth initiatives in complex enterprise software.

The Product
This enterprise SaaS environment involved a broad range of initiatives, from product expansion and new capabilities to third-party integrations and business-critical releases.
The work required coordination across teams, evolving requirements, competing priorities, and delivery constraints.
Product-Led Growth & Self-Service
A significant part of my involvement centered on self-service capabilities and Product-Led Growth initiatives.
These efforts focused on exploring how users could interact with, adopt, and obtain value from the product with less dependence on manual processes.
The work connected product requirements, experience design considerations, business objectives, and coordinated delivery.
My Role & Contributions
I worked as a Product Owner / Product Manager, collaborating with engineering teams, stakeholders, and a product director who provided guidance across major initiatives.
